She has held extensive certifications for many stages in womanhood such as pregnancy, postpartum and now peri/menopause as well as PN certifications in nutrition.

She believes in creating frameworks and systems that make sense for actual lasting results for decades. Midlife deserves to be some of the best years where you feel amazing! She gets it, because she is right smack-dab in the middle of it too!
Dr. Rachel Neathery PT, DPT
I've been passionate about movement and fitness my entire life. After a sports injury in high school led me to physical therapy, I earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, became a certified personal trainer, and went on to receive my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Throughout my career, I've worked in rehabilitation, group fitness, and women's health.
As I worked with more women, I saw a significant gap in support for those navigating midlife. That inspired me to earn my Menopause Coaching Specialist certification and create a coaching program designed to help women build strength, improve metabolic health, and feel confident through perimenopause and beyond.
My mission is simple: to empower women with evidence-based guidance, practical fitness, and sustainable habits so they can feel strong, energetic, and capable at every stage of life.
We created a science-backed fitness and fat loss app for women in midlife.

Hi Nicki! Your formula for the fat loss phase/calorie deficit works! At the beginning of August, I was at 127.4 and wanted to go down to 122. I’ve been eating 1,450 calories per day, while having at least 100 g of protein and keeping up with strength/movement, and weighed 117.5 today!
I’ve never kept up with a plan for 3 months and have seen this much progress! Thank you for the plan and motivation!

I am down about 12 lbs.
Which, btw, I mentioned somewhere, but maybe not here. I listed my weight at the beginning as 160 because that’s what I thought it was, but that first day, I was actually 165. I was 153 yesterday.
Clothes definitely fit better! Some just don’t fit anymore because they’re too big.

Hey ladies! Just wanted to share a quick testimony. I botched it on Tues. It was my daughter’s bday, and I took a few liberties eating a cookie here, French fries there, and was over calories by a few hundy.
I got back on track Weds, and my scale this morning was the lowest I’ve seen in a few years! 🙌 I haven’t been shredding lbs in this process, maybe like a steady 1/2 lb a week or so. So seeing the scale drop after my splurge was surprising.
Nicki’s right, we can’t mess this up. Stay consistent, don’t catastrophize, it works! I’m a believer. Hope my mess-up encourages you!

Inches lost on waist: 4 1/2 inches
Inches lost on hips: 5 1/2 inches
What I’ve learned is the value in being intentional with my health every dang day. Eating high-protein meals, working out, walking, and losing inches all help me feel like a rock star, not just because of what I see in the mirror, but because of the amount of energy I have, how well I sleep, and the fact that I don’t feel bloated all the time.

I get it. I am in the same boat you are! When I turned 40, I swear I looked down and I had this belly that never existed before. I love exercise and have exercised and eaten very moderately my entire life. Suddenly, I was 30 pounds heavier, always bloated and felt pretty terrible. I just thought, “I guess this is what happens in your 40s.” After extensive research and a new determination that this was not how it had to be- I started changing my whole fitness routine. Less intense HIIT and long cardio sessions- I swapped those out with MORE WALKING! I never missed my 10K steps. I started doing more intentional weight training. The scale started moving. Down 15 pounds. After a while, I knew it was time to change the big driver…my diet! Nothing drastic. No eliminations. Just a better understanding of what my body needed (we coach this in our programs in the app!) After 12 weeks- I was down another 15 pounds. 30 pounds down and it’s stayed off because I truly know how to live Fit & FREE! And if I can, you can too!
